The Goo-Goo Buggy is Baby Mario's Kart in Mario Kart: Double Dash!!. It has excellent acceleration but poor top speed, and its low weight means it can be knocked over by heavy karts. It has the same stats as Paratroopa's Para Wing and Toadette's Toadette Kart. The kart may be a prototype to the Booster Seat from Mario Kart Wii.

The Goo Goo Buggy, the toughest looking kart in all of Mario Kart.
The Goo-Goo Buggy is modeled after a baby stroller (So it would look really bad if someone tough like Bowser or Wario was driving it), kind of like the Baby Booster and the 4-Wheel Cradle. Each tire has extra traction and is blue, with silver rims that have a star design. The frame of the kart can be seen connected to the engine beneath the sitting area. Four stability rods suspend the cradle, and are decorated with light blue springs.
The stroller itself is the shape of a half circle, being light blue. There is a smiling yellow flower design on the side with white petals, and there are white swirls. The rim of it is covered in white lace, and a dark blue curtain covers the front (that could be a problem, considering it would shield the driver's vision, you know?). It has a yellow steering wheel and a baby blue sitting chair. And for some reason, it has a silver handle with a blue grip on the top. I guess since it is a stroller, it is required to have one of those. You probably won't use it though, because, guess what... Baby Mario knows how to drive!
