Broken Pier

From Mario Kart Racing Wiki

Broken Pier is a track in Mario Kart: Super Circuit and is the 2nd course in the Special Cup. It is the sequel to Boo Lake. It's background looks like mountains with glowing faces on it that shows a hollow center. Ghost Valley 3 from the SNES uses it.
