Bowser Castle 2

Bowser Castle 2 is the second Bowser Castle in Super Mario Kart and Mario Kart: Super Circuit.

Bowser Castle 2 is a course in Super Mario Kart. It is the fourth course in the Flower Cup.

This Bowser Castle is also fairly easy, with very few lava pits, Thwomps, Jump pads, and certain places with no railings. This track returns in Mario Kart DS.

[edit] In Mario Kart DS
Bowser Castle 2 returns in Mario Kart DS as the third track of the Banana Cup. Many sharp 90 degrees turns are in here. There are railings for most of the beginning of the race, but for a while, railings disappear. Thwomps make their appearance here, and they will just go up and down. CPU racers rarely get hit by them because they drive around them. But sometimes when the Thwomp is up, the CPU will drive under - right when the Thwomp comes down and flattens them. There is a whole bunch of Jump pads and some Boost Pads. Fireballs may jump up from the lava pits that you jump over with jump pads, and they spin you out which may make you slow down and fall into the lava pit, and some of the pits are big, tricking you into jumping and falling into the lava.
In the former two it is the prequel to Bowser Castle 3.
