The Badwagon is a kart available from the start in Mario Kart 8.
The back of the car is adorned with stereo speakers and neon lights, with a logo of Roy Koopa on the back. The stereo speakers and the lights animate to the beat of the background music, similar to the The Duke.
It offers good weight & traction, but bad acceleration & handling. It shares its stats with the Tri-Speeder, Steel Driver, Standard ATV, and GLA.
A CPU-controlled Peach will occasionally use this vehicle body, paired with the Standard tires.

- The Badwagon is based off of the Wario Car in Mario Kart: Double Dash!!, the Brute in Mario Kart DS, the Flame Flyer in Mario Kart Wii and the Bruiser in Mario Kart 7, but with a more futuristic feel.
